For many people, they were used for healing, in spiritual journeys, or to bring Father Sun to the children in the morning. Traditional dreamcatchers are usually made of bent wood or willow branches and are in the shape of a teardrop or circle. The dreamcatcher filters out the bad dreams and allows only good thoughts to enter our minds when we are asleep. A small hole in the center of the dreamcatcher is where the good dreams come through. With the first rays of sunlight, the bad dreams will evaporate, and the good will fall through the feathers and onto the sleeper below. These dreamcatchers are inspired by the traditional First Nations dreamcatchers. They are made with healing thoughts and special care. ♥ LOOKING FOR MORE?
